A Comparative Study on Marriage in different Relegious and its Socio-legal Aspects

In Islam, marriage is the best answer to all natural and psychic needs of human beings. So marriage is one of the preferences that Divine and Heaven justifies it. According to the Islamic legal: A man can afford four spouses if he could act under Shariat and Justice behavior. Mohammad (pbuh) the prophet of Islamic once mentioned in his teaching that marriage is one of perfect tradition. Thus marriage can build a strong family and society . In Boudism, Judism, Christianity, Hinduism and soon, the act of marriage is accepted historically for establishing a balanced nation. The relationship among the family members specially father and mother can produce a positive and emotional atomosphere in the community which makes a positive attitude among the social actors. Marriage makes a healthy, wealthy and happy family which is important for a developed society.
